1. Who you are contracting with
LuxBelora is a brand of MLJ Tech Labs (Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India; GSTIN [pending], CIN [pending]). All orders are sold, invoiced and fulfilled by MLJ Tech Labs. Your card or UPI statement will show MLJTECHLABS.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or transacting under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and able to form a binding contract under applicable law.
3. What we sell
LuxBelora sells cosmetic tools and accessories that support a scalp and skin care routine. They are not medicines or medical devices, and they do not treat, cure or prevent any medical condition — including alopecia, psoriasis or seborrheic dermatitis. Product descriptions state mechanism and use, not guaranteed outcomes.
4. Orders, pricing & acceptance
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or non-serviceable address) and will refund any amount paid.
- Stock counts shown on the site are live; availability is not guaranteed until dispatch.
5. Payment
Prepaid payments are processed by Razorpay; MLJ Tech Labs does not store your card details. Cash on Delivery may be offered for serviceable PIN codes and can be verified before dispatch.
6. Shipping, cancellation & returns
Delivery timelines, cancellation and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.
7. Acceptable use & intellectual property
The LuxBelora name, content and design are the property of MLJ Tech Labs. You may not copy, resell or misuse them. You agree not to use the site unlawfully or to interfere with its operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MLJ Tech Labs's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.
9. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction. For complaints, contact our grievance officer (see Contact).
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
