1. Where we deliver
We ship across India to serviceable PIN codes. Enter your PIN code at checkout to confirm serviceability and Cash on Delivery availability.
2. Dispatch & delivery time
- Dispatch: within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
- Delivery: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Estimates are indicative and may vary with courier load, weather, festivals or remote pincodes.
3. Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
- Below that, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies.
- Cash on Delivery may carry a small handling fee, shown at checkout.
4. Tracking
Once dispatched, we'll share tracking details over WhatsApp and on-screen. For Cash on Delivery, we may confirm your order before dispatch to avoid failed deliveries.
5. Failed or refused deliveries
If a delivery fails after reasonable attempts, or a Cash on Delivery order is refused, the order may be returned to us. We'll contact you to re-ship or refund per our Refund & Returns Policy.
6. Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your address and landmark. We aren't responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
