Scalp & skin tools · Made for Indian weather

You are not
the only one
dealing with this.

Flaking, hair fall, tanning, breakouts. Extremely common, rarely talked about, and mostly a routine problem rather than a mystery. Start by working out what's actually going on.

What's actually happening

We'll tell you the biology. We won't invent the results.

01
Dandruff isn't dryness

It's linked to Malassezia, a yeast that lives on nearly everyone's scalp and feeds on sebum. Which is why oiling alone often makes flaking worse rather than better — and why cleansing and physical removal of buildup matter.

02
Hard water changes everything

Most Indian metros run hard water. Calcium and magnesium deposit on the hair shaft and scalp, leaving residue that dulls hair and traps product. This is a mechanical problem, and mechanical tools help with it.

03
Massage moves blood, not miracles

Scalp massage measurably increases local circulation and helps distribute oil to the roots. That is a real, documented effect. It is not the same thing as regrowing hair, and we're not going to tell you it is.

04
Pigmentation is a sun problem first

India gets high UV year-round, including through cloud and glass. Tanning, uneven tone and premature ageing all track sun exposure more than anything you can buy. Daily SPF does more than any tool we sell.

Oiling your hair
is half the job.

The champi your grandmother did wasn't about the oil. It was about the two minutes of work that came with it. That's the part most routines skip.

Step one

Section, then apply

Part damp hair into four sections. Oil goes on the scalp, not the lengths — the roots are where the work happens.

Step two

Small circles, no pulling

Two minutes with the brush, moving in circles rather than dragging. Pulling at the root does more harm than the massage does good.

Step three

Thirty minutes, then wash

Long enough to soften buildup, short enough that you're not feeding the yeast overnight. Wash out properly.

We'd rather you picked what we make next.
